Speaking Opportunity Overview

 

If you or someone you know would like to submit a speaker proposal for a national American Marketing Association event, please follow the steps provided below:

 

Step 1: Research and Review
In order to direct your proposal to the appropriate event, please review the American Marketing Association website at www.marketingpower.com/events. This will allow you to gain a familiarity with the events we offer.

Our event database can be searched by keyword, geographic area, professional area, interest area, and professional level. To access the event, click on the event name. This link will direct you to the event microsite which provides an overview of the event, the target audience, and other relevant information.

Step 2: Submit a Proposal
Once you have determined the specific event(s) you are interested in, please complete the proposal form which can be accessed by clicking on the speaker form link below. Be sure to match the experience, interest, and knowledge base of the presenter with the event focus. This information will help us better determine the presenter’s ability to speak on a particular topic or to a specific audience.

Step 3: Follow-up
Proposals are accepted and reviewed 6-9 months prior to the event. You will be contacted only in the event that your proposal is selected. Proposals that are not selected will be logged in our database for possible future interest. Proposals will be archived for 1 year.
